INFORMATION NOTICE AND CONSENT TEXT REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

1. Purpose of the Information Notice and Our Company's Position as the Data Controller:

Our company, Gold Store İkizoğulları Kuyumculuk San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. ("Goldstore" and/or the "Company"), acts as the "data controller" within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (the "Law") with respect to customers' personal data. Through this Information Notice and Consent Text, it is intended to inform customers about the personal data processing activities carried out by Goldstore pursuant to the Law and to obtain their explicit consent for the situations specified in Article 3 below.

2. Purpose of Processing Customers' Personal Data:

Customers' personal data are processed within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law, including carrying out the necessary work by the relevant business units to enable the relevant persons to benefit from the products and services offered by Goldstore and conducting the related business processes, performing the necessary work by the relevant business units for the execution of the commercial activities carried out by Goldstore and conducting the related business processes, planning and execution of Goldstore's commercial and/or business strategies, ensuring the legal, technical, and commercial/business security of Goldstore and the persons having a business relationship with Goldstore, and planning and execution of the activities necessary for customizing and recommending and promoting the products and services offered by Goldstore according to the preferences, usage habits, and needs of the relevant persons. 3. Personal Data to be Processed Based on Customers' Explicit Consent and the Purposes of Processing:

For the following situations where the personal data processing conditions set forth in Articles 5/2 and 6/3 of the Law cannot be met, Goldstore is required to obtain customers' explicit consent in order to process their personal data.

Within this scope, customers' personal data may be processed, subject to the Customer's consent, and shared with the parties specified in this Information Notice and Consent Text for the purposes of creating campaigns for customers, conducting cross-selling activities, determining target audiences, monitoring customer activities to improve user experience, enhancing the functionality of Goldstore's website and mobile application and personalizing them according to customer needs, carrying out direct and indirect marketing, personalized marketing and remarketing activities, conducting personalized segmentation, targeting, analysis, and internal reporting activities, market research, planning and execution of customer satisfaction activities, planning and execution of customer relationship management processes, as well as planning and execution of the sales and marketing processes of Goldstore's products and/or services, and planning and execution of processes for creating and/or increasing customer loyalty to the products and/or services offered by Goldstore.

4. Transfer of Customers' Personal Data:

Customers' personal data may be shared with our business partners, suppliers, legally authorized public institutions and organizations, and private institutions within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, including carrying out the necessary work by the relevant business units to enable the relevant persons to benefit from the products and services offered by Goldstore and conducting the related business processes, performing the necessary work by the relevant business units for the execution of the commercial activities carried out by Goldstore and conducting the related business processes, planning and execution of Goldstore's commercial and/or business strategies, ensuring the legal, technical, and commercial/business security of Goldstore and the persons having a business relationship with Goldstore, and planning and execution of the activities necessary for customizing and recommending and promoting the products and services offered by Goldstore according to the preferences, usage habits, and needs of the relevant persons.

5. Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data:

Personal data are collected from customers electronically. Personal data collected based on the legal grounds specified above may be processed and transferred for the purposes stated in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law and in this Information Notice and Consent Text.

6. Rights of Customers as Personal Data Owners:

Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, data subjects have the right to:

a) Learn whether their personal data are being processed,

b) Request information if their personal data have been processed,

c) Learn the purpose of processing their personal data and whether they are used in accordance with that purpose,

d) Know the third parties to whom their personal data are transferred, either domestically or abroad,

e) Request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data and request notification of such correction to third parties to whom the personal data have been transferred,

f) Request the deletion or destruction of personal data where the reasons requiring their processing no longer exist, despite having been processed in accordance with the Law and other relevant legislation, and request notification of such action to third parties to whom the personal data have been transferred,

g) Object to any result that is to their detriment arising from the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems, and

h) Request compensation for damages incurred due to the unlawful processing of personal data.

Requests regarding the exercise of these rights may be submitted by personal data owners through the methods specified in the Policy on the Processing and Protection of Personal Data within the Scope of Law No. 6698 by Goldstore, available at https://www.goldstore.com.tr/. Goldstore shall evaluate such requests and finalize them within 30 days. Goldstore reserves the right to charge a fee for such requests in accordance with the tariff (if any) determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
