Goldstore.com.tr is not responsible for price and content errors arising from typographical and system errors. Goldstore.com.tr reserves the right to cancel orders with incorrectly displayed prices.

When you shop from Goldstore.com.tr, you accept that this purchase is for personal use purposes and not for resale purposes.

No text or visual material published on Goldstore.com.tr may be used without permission. No material or functionality on this site may be published, copied, or reproduced on other platforms without the permission of Gold Store.

The processing date of wire transfer/EFT orders is not the date the order is placed, but the date when the payment is seen to have reached our bank accounts.

In wire transfer/EFT orders, orders for which payment is not completed within 1 week and for which Goldstore.com.tr is not informed that the transaction has been completed by clicking the “I made a wire transfer/EFT” button are canceled.

Gold Store does not keep stock of all hundreds of products it offers for sale on Goldstore.com.tr. Ordered products are produced when deemed necessary. However, for various reasons, it may not be possible to produce products that are ordered and not in stock. In this case, the person placing the order is informed via e-mail or phone, and the full amount received for the product is refunded to the credit card if the order was placed using a credit card, or to the bank account if it was placed via wire transfer/EFT.

Goldstore.com.tr cannot be held responsible for disruptions or interruptions that may occur due to technical reasons (internet service providers, hosting, etc.) while online.
