Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Personal data provided by the Data Subject is processed for purposes including the creation of membership registration and user accounts and the keeping of related records, enabling the Data Subject to benefit from the services provided through the Platform, detecting system errors and performing performance monitoring and improving the functioning of the Platform, providing maintenance and support services and backup services, carrying out the necessary work by business units to enable relevant persons to benefit from the products and services offered by Goldstore and conducting related business processes, customizing and recommending such products and services according to the tastes, usage habits and needs of the relevant persons and planning and executing the necessary activities for their promotion, carrying out the commercial activities conducted by Goldstore and executing related business processes, ensuring the legal, technical and commercial-business security of Goldstore and the persons with whom it has a business relationship, and planning and executing the commercial and/or business strategies of Goldstore.
Personal Data Processed Based on Explicit Consent and Purposes
Within the scope of the explicit consent of the Data Subject, Goldstore processes data by tracking the movements of Data Subjects on the Platform in order to increase user experience, create statistics, perform profiling, carry out direct marketing and remarketing, create and transmit promotion suggestions specific to the Data Subject, and use the data obtained within this scope in all kinds of advertisements and material content, and may share such data with the parties listed below.
Transfer of Personal Data
Goldstore transfers personal data belonging to the Data Subject and new data obtained by using such personal data to third parties from whom Goldstore receives services, limited to the purpose of providing such services, in order to fulfill the purposes set forth in this Privacy Policy. Goldstore shares such data with third parties such as outsourced service providers including those sending SMS, hosting service providers, law offices, research companies and call centers, in order to improve the Data Subject experience (including improvement and personalization), ensure the security of the Data Subject, detect fraudulent or unauthorized use, conduct operational evaluation research, eliminate errors related to Platform services, and fulfill any of the purposes set forth in this Privacy Policy.

Requests regarding the exercise of these rights may be submitted by personal data subjects through the methods specified in the Policy on the Processing and Protection of Personal Data prepared by Goldstore under Law No. 6698 available at www.goldstore.com.tr
