ARTICLE 2: SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
This Agreement governs the mutual rights and obligations of the Consumer, who places an electronic order through the website www.goldstore.com.tr for the product(s) whose characteristics and sale price are specified below, and the Seller, the owner of this website, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 4077 on the Protection of Consumers, as amended by Law No. 4822, and the Regulation on the Procedures and Principles for the Implementation of Distance Contracts.

ARTICLE 5: GENERAL TERMS
Persons under the age of 18 may not make purchases through the website www.goldstore.com.tr. By electronically confirming this Agreement, the Consumer confirms that they are over the age of 18.
The Seller reserves the right to modify any content published on www.goldstore.com.tr (including prices, visual elements, and other information) without prior notice.
The Seller shall not be held liable for pricing or content errors resulting from typographical or system errors on the website www.goldstore.com.tr. The Seller reserves the right to cancel orders displaying incorrect prices.
By purchasing from www.goldstore.com.tr, the Consumer acknowledges that the purchase is for personal use only and not for resale purposes.
By electronically confirming this Agreement, the Consumer also confirms that, prior to the conclusion of the distance sales agreement, they have accurately and completely received from the Seller the information required to be provided, including the Seller's address, telephone number, the essential characteristics of the ordered products, the total price including taxes, and the payment and delivery information.
If, for any reason, the product price is not paid or the payment is cancelled in the bank records, the Seller shall be deemed released from its obligation to deliver the product.
For orders placed by bank transfer or EFT, the processing date of the order by the Seller shall not be the date on which the order was placed, but the date on which the payment is confirmed as having been credited to the Seller's bank account.
The Consumer agrees that if payment for an order placed by bank transfer or EFT is not completed within one (1) week, the Seller shall cancel the order.
If payment is made by credit card or a similar payment card, and after delivery of the product the relevant bank or financial institution fails to pay the Seller due to the unauthorized, unlawful, or fraudulent use of the Consumer's credit card by third parties without the Consumer's consent, the Consumer shall, provided that the product has already been delivered, return the product to the Seller within three (3) days.
ARTICLE 6: OBLIGATIONS OF THE SELLER
The Seller shall fulfill its obligations no later than thirty (30) days from the date on which the Consumer's order is received. This period may be extended by a maximum of ten (10) days, provided that the Consumer is informed in writing in advance.
The Seller shall not be held liable if the ordered product cannot be delivered to the Consumer due to any issues encountered by the shipping company during the delivery process.
The Seller shall not be held liable if the recipient at the delivery address refuses to accept delivery of the ordered product.
Provided that there is a justified reason, the Seller may, before the expiration of its obligation to perform, supply a product of equivalent quality and price after informing the Consumer.
For various reasons, it may become impossible to manufacture the ordered product(s). If the Seller is unable to fulfill its contractual obligations because the performance of the ordered goods or services has become impossible, the Seller shall notify the Consumer before the contractual performance period expires and shall refund all payments received and return all documents creating obligations within ten (10) days.
ARTICLE 7: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Consumer has the right to withdraw from this Agreement within seven (7) days from the date on which the ordered product is delivered either to the Consumer or to the person/entity designated at the Delivery Address. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must notify the Seller within this period via the contact form available on www.goldstore.com.tr, by email, or by telephone, and the product must not fall within the scope of Article 8 – Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised. The Seller reserves the right not to accept returns made without prior notification.
The Consumer or the third party returning the product is obliged to return, together with the product, the original invoice, delivery note, certificate, insurance forms, product box, packaging, and all other documents and materials supplied with the product, complete and without omission. VAT and any other applicable legal charges relating to products returned without the original invoice shall not be refunded. During the return shipment, the Consumer returning the product shall be responsible for any deterioration, damage, or other loss of value affecting the product or the accompanying documents and materials resulting from the shipping company or the Consumer.
The product price shall be refunded to the Consumer within seven (7) days following receipt of these documents.
ARTICLE 8: PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED
The Consumer may not exercise the right of withdrawal for products manufactured in accordance with the Consumer's special requests or personal requirements, or products that have been customized by alteration or addition. Accordingly, products on which inscriptions have been made on gold, precious metal, or precious stone components at the Consumer's request, and all other products manufactured in accordance with the Consumer's specifications are considered products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
In the implementation of this Agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees, up to the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and the Consumer Courts located in the place of residence of either the Consumer or the Seller shall have jurisdiction.
Upon completion of the order, the Consumer shall be deemed to have accepted all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
