After your payment is approved, as the second stage, the products are specially prepared for you in line with your preferences specified during the order. The products are shipped on the same day after the payment is approved. If the preparation stage exceeds the period specified on Goldstore.com.tr, you will be informed by e-mail or phone.

If the recipient is not present at the delivery address, the cargo company leaves a visit notification note. If the recipient for whom a visit notification note has been left at the address does not contact the cargo company within 3 days, the cargo company will return the package to Goldstore.com.tr.

How much are the cargo fees?
All jewelry you purchase from Goldstore will reach you with free shipping no matter where you are in Türkiye. For watches and jewelry boxes, a fixed shipping fee of 7.85 TL is applied for orders below 200 TL. If your order contains at least one piece of jewelry, you can still benefit from the free shipping opportunity.
How can I track the status of my cargo package?
1 business day after your order is shipped, your cargo tracking information will be entered into the system and this information will also be sent to you by e-mail. If you wish, after logging in to Goldstore.com.tr with your e-mail address and password, you can track the status of your order online from the “My Orders” section, or you can track your cargo from the link in your e-mail address.
Can my order get lost in cargo?
All orders you place from Goldstore.com.tr are sent with insured cargo. In other words, the package is under insurance coverage until it safely reaches you.
Can someone else receive my cargo?
In the orders you place from Goldstore.com.tr, you can write “Alternative Recipient” in the “Order Note” section. Please note that your orders can only be received by the alternative recipients you specify upon presentation of identification.
