I did not like the product I purchased, can I request a return or exchange?
For all non-personalized products, (except personalized, named or lettered jewelry and other specially prepared products) you may return the product within 14 business days if you do not like it. The exchange process is the same way and is 30 business days.

Who Pays the Shipping Fees in Return/Exchange Transactions?
In return/exchange transactions, shipping fees belong to the buyer for every order where no defective product was sent.
How Long Does It Take for the Payment of the Returned Order to Be Refunded?
Refunds for returned orders are made within 5 business days.
Return Conditions
In product return transactions, the conditions of the Law No. 4077 on the Protection of Consumers amended by Law No. 4822 are applied. Buyers have the right of withdrawal within 14 days. In order to exercise this right, the withdrawal decision must be notified to Goldstore.com.tr within this 14-day period.
The Consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for products produced in line with the Consumer’s special requests and demands or personalized by making changes or additions on them. Therefore, products on which text is written on gold, precious metal or precious stone parts in line with the Consumer’s request, etc., and all products produced in line with the Consumer’s requests are included within the scope of products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
For notification, you may use the customer relations contact form or send an e-mail to [email protected]. If you carry out the return process without receiving approval from Goldstore.com.tr, your return process will not be accepted and your shipment will not be received.
Your orders that you wish to return must be sent to the address we will notify you of, exactly as they were sent to you, together with the product, invoice, delivery note, certificate, insurance forms, product box, packaging, and all other documents and materials completely. During the return shipment, the responsibility for any deterioration or any similar situation causing loss of value occurring in the product and the documents and materials sent with the product due to reasons arising from the cargo companies or the customer carrying out the return process belongs to the customer making the return.
VAT and, if any, other legal obligations of products for which the original invoice is not sent are not refunded.
After the return is received, it is examined by experts whether the return conditions have been fulfilled. If the return is approved, within 7 days the price of the products is refunded to the credit card if the order was placed using a credit card, or to the bank account if it was placed by wire transfer/EFT. In returns made by the Consumer by exercising the right of withdrawal, the refund process is made by deducting the amounts paid by the seller to the cargo company for the delivery of the product in question and the service fee. It takes between 1-4 weeks for the amount to be refunded to be reflected in your credit card account.
